Stunning views of Lower Waterton Lake.
The beds were way too soft for my liking, and it was frustrating that there were no alternative pillow options. The coffee situation was odd too. only decaf options provided made for a disappointing start to the day. Overall, the room felt a bit outdated and did not meet my expectations considering the cost.

The room was super comfy with a great layout. Loved the little amenities like the fridge and coffee maker. The beds were nice, with plenty of pillows, which made it easy to relax. Having a balcony was a major plus, especially for enjoying the marina view and watching the deer. The shower had great hot water too. Nights got cool, but the room stayed cozy. It was surprisingly quiet despite having a lot of guests. Overall, really enjoyed my stay!

The decor was charming, and it felt cozy like home, with spacious areas that were easily accessible for us seniors. The large balcony offered breathtaking lake views, making it perfect for sipping tea in the morning sun.
More grab bars in the bathroom would help.

missingWrote a review on Aug 21noisy environmentpoor dining
The noise levels were ridiculous. thin walls let in sounds from every direction, from family chaos to hallway carts clattering at all hours. Room amenities left a bit to be desired, like the absence of a kettle and hair dryer struggles—if you have any volume to your hair, bring your own. Dining was a significant letdown. the food ranged from mediocre to inedible, with an oily taste that made meals feel like a chore rather than a pleasure.

great stay but could improve some details
The staff were very pleasant and attentive during our stay. The room layout was impressive, providing us with comfort and all necessary amenities for a family. Watching the wildlife from our balcony was a memorable experience! We enjoyed stunning lake views that truly enhanced our stay, making mornings special.
The storm door kept banging at night, which was a little disruptive.
